The surrounding of your house

(the architecture, the landscape, history, etc…)
What makes the place where you live different/special from other cities/ places in your country?
I live in a kibbutz, which is a special place with an unique background history. The founders of my kibbutz believed in a society which cooperates and take care for one each other. There was a law in the beginning of the kibbutz that said "One should work hard and give to the kibbutz society the maximum he can and the kibbutz society will take care of his needs." The founders believed in total equality between the members. Today it is all history. The houses and the landscape were kept but the system totally changed. My kibbutz was founded close to 100 years ago.

The people

(religion, the way they dress, the way they speak, the roots, etc..)
Please describe the people in your town, what unique characteristics do they have?
Most of the people that live in my kibbutz are in general atheist but traditional to the Jewish celebrations. They are very zionist, love Israel and attached to the land of Israel , with strong roots in the kibutz. There are around 700 members living in the kibbutz. The first generation that came to the kibbutz (in 1921) came from Poland. After that came other waves of migrations, from Egypt, Bulgaria, etc... and also from ancient Israel, people with roots of
dozens  generations here...We have also non jewish members from Denmark, France, South Africa that decided to build their life in our community.

Me and my community:

Why do you think you are the right person to represent your community?
Well, as I'm the only "kibutznik" in the group, so I believe I'm the proper one to represent my community.
